The Victorian Summer House comes in two sizes 9sq metres and 12 sq metres.  It has 2 opening windows oppposite to the double door. Each wall has double-glazed window panes which can give a 360 degree view. The inside is decorated with curtains and cushions.

The building is manufactured from 45mm thick redwood timber and is left in its natural state, giving you the choice of finish varnish, stain or paint.

 

The inside has benches fitted to 5 walls and the Victorian Summer House will seat 16 people comfortably and can convert into 3 sleeping platforms when needed.

The possibilities are endless e.g. Home office, Study, painting studio, barbecue house, children's play house or simply just a beautiful garden house.

9sq.m Kota Barbecue House

The perfect family sized barbecue house. This will seat 16 people comfortably and will sleep 3. It is ideal for children's sleep overs.

The building is manufactured from 45mm thick redwood timber and is left in its natural state, giving you the chioce of finish varnish. The inside has benches fitted to 5 walls and these convert into 3 sleeping platforms when needed.

In the centre of the barbecue house there is a specially designed circular barbecue with removable tables. There are 3 adjustable rotating cooking platforms for holding the kettle, saucepan and frying skillet over the charcoals. The 2 Blaze boards are used for cooking a side of salmon or trout.

This house is ideal for a large number of people (20+) and can sleep 3.

The building is manufactured from 45mm thick redwood timber and is left in its natural state, giving you the choice of finish, varnish stain or paint. The inside has benches fitted to the 7 walls and these can convert into sleeping platforms when needed. The windows are all double glazed and fitted with high quality brass finished fittings.
